If you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This policy explains when products can be returned, how refunds are processed and what to do if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that occasionally a product may need to be returned. This policy explains how we deal with returns, refunds, faulty products and incorrect or damaged deliveries.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Returns of products that are no longer required or have been ordered incorrectly must be agreed with Monarch Access Products Ltd in advance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where we agree to accept a return, the product must normally be:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Unused and unworn<\/li>\n<li>Undamaged<\/li>\n<li>Clean and free from contamination<\/li>\n<li>Complete with all components, accessories and documentation<\/li>\n<li>In its original packaging where applicable<\/li>\n<li>In a condition suitable for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The cost of returning unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods will normally be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking or administration charge where this has been agreed or is applicable to the order.<\/p>\n<h2>3. PPE and safety equipment<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Many of the products supplied by Monarch Access Products Ltd are safety-critical.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For this reason, products such as <strong>harnesses, lanyards, fall arrest equipment, self-retracting lifelines, anchor equipment and other PPE<\/strong> must not be returned as new if they have been worn, used, installed, loaded, modified or contaminated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For a return to be considered, safety equipment must be in a condition that allows its integrity and suitability to be assessed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We may be unable to accept a return where the condition, use or history of safety-critical equipment cannot be established.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Certain products may also be subject to specific manufacturer or hygiene-related restrictions on return.<\/p>\n<p>This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreed specification.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Faulty or defective products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe that a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Please provide your order or invoice number together with details of the issue. Photographs or video may be requested where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Depending on the circumstances, we may:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Arrange an inspection<\/li>\n<li>Request the product is returned<\/li>\n<li>Arrange a replacement<\/li>\n<li>Arrange a repair where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Provide a refund or credit<\/li>\n<li>Refer the product to the manufacturer for assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd wp-block-paragraph\">We may need to inspect the product before determining whether the issue is a manufacturing fault, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or another cause.<\/p>\n<p>Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable terms and legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Incorrect products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We will arrange the appropriate return and, where applicable, replacement or refund.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not use an incorrect product, particularly where it is PPE or safety equipment.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Damaged deliveries<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Please inspect your order when it arrives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging where possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Photographs of the delivery packaging, shipping label and any visible damage can help us investigate the issue with the carrier or manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>Where goods have been damaged during delivery and we are responsible for the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Missing items<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If your delivery appears to be incomplete or items are missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We will check the order against our dispatch records and investigate the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Where an item has been incorrectly omitted from your order, we will arrange for it to be supplied or provide an appropriate alternative remedy.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Special-order and bespoke products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Products that are specially ordered, customised, bespoke or sourced specifically to meet a customer&#8217;s requirements may not be eligible for return or cancellation once the order has been accepted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where specific return conditions apply, we will advise you before accepting the order wherever reasonably practicable.<\/p>\n<p>This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, defective or does not meet the agreed specification.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Return carriage<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Unwanted or incorrectly ordered products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Faulty, damaged or incorrect products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where the issue is our responsibility, we will agree the appropriate return arrangements with you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods and retaining proof of postage until the return has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Monarch Access Products Ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Inspection of returned products<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All authorised returns may be inspected when received.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If products are returned in a condition different from that agreed when the return was authorised, we may refuse the return or adjust any refund or credit accordingly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This may include products that have:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Been used or worn<\/li>\n<li>Been installed or put into service<\/li>\n<li>Been damaged<\/li>\n<li>Been contaminated<\/li>\n<li>Been modified<\/li>\n<li>Missing components or accessories<\/li>\n<li>Missing labels or documentation<\/li>\n<li>Been returned without their original packaging where this is required<\/li>\n<li>Been returned in a condition unsuitable for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Particular care will be taken when assessing returned PPE and safety equipment.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Refunds and credits<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where a refund or credit has been approved, it will normally be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where an account customer has purchased on agreed credit terms, we may issue a credit note to the account.<\/p>\n<p>Any agreed deductions, restocking charges or administration charges will be communicated where applicable.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Exchanges and replacements<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Exchanges are subject to product availability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For PPE and safety equipment, customers should ensure that the replacement product is suitable for its intended application and user.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you are unsure which product, size or specification is required, please contact our team before placing your order.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Manufacturer warranties<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some products may be covered by a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty or guarantee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where applicable, we will assist with the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Manufacturer warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A manufacturer&#8217;s warranty does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that apply.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Products damaged through misuse<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Products that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage, modification, neglect or failure to follow the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions may not qualify for a refund, replacement or warranty claim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used, inspected, maintained and stored in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions and any applicable requirements.<\/p>\n<p>This is particularly important for PPE and safety equipment.<\/p>\n<h2>15. Consumer statutory rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.
